Price Promise

Traveasy’s Price Match Promise applies to our full range of flight bookings, subject to the terms below.

The Price Match Promise is only applicable on the same day the booking is made and before the ticket has been issued. To make a claim, customers must email info@traveasy.com with their Traveasy booking reference and evidence of the lower price offered by an alternative supplier.

The lower-priced offer must be for the exact same flight itinerary, including the same airline, dates, flight times, fare type, cabin class, baggage allowance, ticket conditions and passenger details. The fare must also be available to book in the same country as the fare sold by Traveasy. Price matching is subject to verification and will depend on the airline, fare availability, fare type and cabin class at the time the claim is reviewed.

Prices will only be matched against offers from ATOL and/or ABTA protected travel agents. Fares offered directly by airlines, overseas suppliers, unbonded agents, membership-only websites, cashback sites, voucher-code offers, loyalty-point redemptions, error fares or unavailable fares are excluded from this Price Match Promise.

Traveasy reserves the right to refuse any claim where the comparison fare cannot be independently verified, is no longer available, or does not match the booking made with Traveasy.
